That's because we've been welcoming long and short stay guests and residents to our fully furnished privately owned homes and apartments throughout the Wellington region longer than any of our competitors.
We also advertise on multiple high-traffic websites and deal directly with corporates, relocations specialists and travel agents both within NZ and overseas.
And we are completely independent - we aren't affiliated with, owned by, or part of any other property management company or franchise. We are specialist accommodation providers, not property managers who have joined the furnished accommodation/Airbnb bandwagon.

What's the difference between Mind My Guest and a standard property manager?
A lot!
For example, we are at your property on a regular basis, usually once or twice a week.
Other property managers advertise your property, show prospective tenants around, do the paperwork and then leave your property alone – aside from (what should be, but often aren't, regular and thorough) inspections. Often the first you will hear about something that is in a state of disrepair or requires maintenance at your property is during inspections or when the tenant moves out. A good tenant might inform the property manager immediately, but many don’t…after all, if it’s not an urgent issue that affects them, they don’t care as they are only renting. This means that little issues later become bigger problems, which might cause further damage to your property and cost more to fix.
At Mind My Guest, we manage your property in a very different way. Properties rented out for long and short term stays rely on positive reviews for future bookings, meaning they need to be well appointed, furnished and maintained at all times to ensure positive feedback and reviews from guests. We inspect and thoroughly clean and sanitise your property after every booking, to ensure it's always in the best presentable condition and we attend to issues before they become problems.

Absolutely, we can advise, recommend or organise any aspect of preparing your property for guests.
I am an existing Airbnb host, can you help me?
Being an Airbnb host can be a rewarding experience but it's also time consuming and requires you to be on-call 24/7 for your guests. It also means you have to rely on friends or family to manage your property and guests if you head out of town or need help due to an unexpected emergency or change of plans.
